Government Approvals; Regulatory Requirements. (a) Sensor-Technik and Xxxxx, respectively, shall be responsible for compliance with and for the obtaining of approvals and permits as may be required under country, international, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules for the performance of their respective responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement. (b) For Products manufactured by the Party, that Party is responsible for final quality control testing, for providing adequate warnings and instructions for use of the Products (including proper labeling and packaging), and release of Product documentation. Each Party shall be responsible for reporting to the other Party any adverse events related to the Products or their use. ***Confidential treatment requested pursuant to a request for confidential treatment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
