Government Approvals; Regulatory Requirements. (a) Sensor-Technik and Xxxxx, respectively, shall be responsible for compliance with and for the obtaining of approvals and permits as may be required under country, international, federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and rules for the performance of their respective responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement.
