Government Authority. Except for those are disclosed in the disclosure schedule, there is no litigation or investigation launched by any government authority or other entity that may limit or prohibit or in any way obstruct the transaction under the Agreement or directly or indirectly through laws or regulation prohibit or substantially limit the Company’s current business, and there is no any unauthorized or illegal donation or payment by the Company.
