Common use of Government Contract Clause in Contracts

Government Contract. “Government Contract” shall mean any Contract for the sale of supplies or services currently in performance or that has not been closed that (a) is between any Target Company, on the one hand, and a Governmental Body, on the other hand or (b) is entered into by any Target Company as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Body. All orders or calls under a Government Contract shall be deemed part of the same Government Contract.

Government Contract. “The term "Government Contract” shall mean any Contract for " means a ------------------- contract between the sale of supplies or services currently in performance or that has not been closed that (a) is between any Target Company, on Company and the one hand, and a Governmental Body, on the other hand or (b) is entered into by any Target Company as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Body. All orders or calls under a Government Contract shall be deemed part federal government of the same Government ContractUnited States of America or any subdivision or agency thereof, which is subject to the provisions of the Assignment of Claims Act.

Government Contract. “Government Contract” shall mean any Contract for the sale of supplies or services currently in performance or that has not been closed that (a) is between any Target the Company, on the one hand, and a Governmental Body, on the other hand or (b) is entered into by any Target the Company as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Body. All orders or calls under a Government Contract shall be deemed part of the same Government Contract.

Government Contract. “Government Contract” shall mean means any Contract for entered into between MMG or the sale of supplies or services currently Subsidiary and (i) any Government Entity, (ii) any prime contractor to any Government Entity (in performance or that has not been closed that (aits capacity as such) is between any Target Company, on the one hand, and a Governmental Body, on the other hand or (biii) is entered into by any Target Company as a subcontractor described in Schedule 1.38 to the Disclosure Schedule (at any tier) in connection which description will also identify the relevant agreement with a Contract between another Person and a Governmental Body. All orders or calls under a Government Contract shall be deemed part of the same Government Contractsuch subcontractor).

Government Contract. “Government Contract” shall mean any Contract for the sale to which an Acquired Corporation is a party and that involves supply of supplies goods or services currently in performance services, directly or that has not been closed that (a) is between any Target Companyindirectly, on the one hand, and a Governmental Body, on the other hand or (b) is entered into by any Target Company as a subcontractor (at any tier) in connection with a Contract between another Person and to a Governmental Body. All orders or calls under a A Government Contract shall be deemed part of the same Government Contractcan include a subcontract at any tier or any level below a prime contract.
