Common use of Government Contracts and Bids Clause in Contracts

Government Contracts and Bids. (a) Except as set forth on Section 2.13(a) of the Company’s Disclosure Schedule, with respect to each Contract between any of the Company Parties, on the one hand, and any Governmental Body, on the other hand (each a “Company Government Contract”), each Contract that is or has been over the last five (5) years between any of the Company Parties, on the one hand, and any prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor, on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such Person and any Governmental Body (each a “Company Government Subcontract”) and each outstanding bid, quotation or proposal by the Company in the last five (5) years that if accepted or awarded could lead to a Contract between the Company, on the one hand, and either any Governmental Body or prime contractor or upper-tier subcontractor, on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such Person and any Governmental Body (each such outstanding bid, quotation or proposal, a “Bid”):
