GOVERNMENT OF FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF. THE REPUBLIC OF AUSTRIA CANADA Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx ANNEX RULES OF PROCEDURE Application for benefits under this Agreement for any co-production must be made simultaneously to both administrations at least thirty (30) days before shooting begins. The administration of the country of which the majority co-producer is a national shall communicate its proposal to the other administration within twenty (20) days of the submission of the complete documentation as described below. The administration of the country of which the minority co-producer is a national shall thereupon communicate its decision within twenty (20) days. Documentation submitted in support of an application shall consist of the following items, drafted in English or French in the case of Canada and in German in the case of The Republic of Austria:

GOVERNMENT OF FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF. THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC THE REPUBLIC of iceland OF VIETNAM (signed) (signed) PROTOCOL At the moment of signing the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Iceland for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, the undersigned have agreed upon the following provision which shall constitute an integral part of the Agreement. It is understood that an Icelandic Payroll Tax which is used to finance the social security system in Iceland according to Act no. 113 from 1990 is not covered by paragraph 2 of Article 2 of this Agreement. in witness whereof the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Protocol.   • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.

  • Government Data Practices Supplier and Sourcewell must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, as it applies to all data provided by or provided to Sourcewell under this Contract and as it applies to all data created, collected, received, maintained, or disseminated by the Supplier under this Contract.

  • GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Company’s obligation hereunder to issue or deliver certificates evidencing shares of Common Stock shall be subject to the terms of all applicable laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any governmental agencies or national securities exchanges as may be required.

  • Action to Protect the Government’s Interest 1. The Performer agrees to execute or to have executed and promptly deliver to DARPA all instruments necessary to (i) establish or confirm the rights the Government has throughout the world in those Subject Inventions to which the Performer elects to retain title, and (ii) convey title to DARPA when requested under Paragraph C of this Article and to enable the Government to obtain patent protection throughout the world in that Subject Invention.

  • Conditions When the Government May Obtain Title Upon DARPA’s written request, the Performer shall convey title to any Subject Invention to DARPA under any of the following conditions:
