GOVERNMENT PAYMENTS. The Consultant shall be responsible for the payment of its income taxes as shall be required by any governmental entity with respect to compensation paid by the Company to the Consultant. The Consultant agrees to promptly pay all income taxes and related payments to the remuneration and benefits received in connection with this Agreement and to save harmless the Company and its Officers and Directors in connection with this undertaking.
