Government Representatives. (1) The Government may, upon contract award or thereafter; name representatives with titles such as Project Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and so on. Such individuals will be named in writing by the Contracting Officer, with individual responsibilities set forth at that time. (2) In any event, no such named individual has the authority to issue any direction under this contract either technical or otherwise, which constitutes a change to the terms, conditions, price or delivery schedule of the contract.
