Government Representatives. (1) The Government may, upon contract award or thereafter; name representatives with titles such as Project Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and so on. Such individuals will be named in writing by the Contracting Officer, with individual responsibilities set forth at that time. (2) In any event, no such named individual has the authority to issue any direction under this contract either technical or otherwise, which constitutes a change to the terms, conditions, price or delivery schedule of the contract. Only the Contracting Officer is authorized to alter the terms and conditions of the contract in any manner.

Government Representatives. The Government, acting through the Secretary of the Air Force, may delegate certain of its responsibilities under this Lease to its duly appointed representatives pursuant to the Contract, section G.‌

Government Representatives. The GOVERNMENT shall be entitled to have its representatives present during all safety and environmental assessments, tests and monitoring activities at the Contract Location or any other location at which there are Facilities. The CONTRACTOR shall provide reasonable notice of its activities in this regard. At all times when GOVERNMENT’s representatives are present the CONTRACTOR shall also have an authorized representative present, who will cooperate fully with the GOVERNMENT representatives and who shall be familiar with the operations of the Facilities and who shall be authorized to deal with the GOVERNMENT representatives.

Development of pilot schemes to demonstrate the value and benefits to be derived from the use of treated wastewater to preserve and intensify agricultural production systems on degraded lands. Part C: Institutional Strengthening and Sensitization to Environmental Issues and IPA Methodology 1. Strengthening the capacity of institutions involved in implementation of the Project at the national, regional and local levels including RCADs and ADGs through the provision of logistical support, technical advisory services and adequate training programs. 2. Strengthening the CCU’s capacity to manage the Project efficiently including ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation, and compliance with all safeguard measures related to implementation of the environment and social protection framework. 3. Development and execution of a communication and sensitization action plan aimed at raising awareness on environmental themes and IPA methodology.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues.
