Government End Users. The Packeteer Software is comprised of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (SEPT 1995) and is provided to the Government (i) for acquisition by or on behalf of civilian agencies, consistent with the policy set forth in 48 C.F.R. 12.212; or (ii) for acquisition by or on behalf of units of the Department of Defense, consistent with the policies set forth in 48 C.F.R. 227-7202-1 (JUN 1995) and 227.7202-3 (JUN 1995).
Government End Users. The Software is comprised of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 (SEPT 1995) and is provided to the Government (i) for acquisition by or on behalf of civilian agencies, consistent with the policy set forth in 48 C.F.R. 12.212; or (ii) for acquisition by or on behalf of units of the Department of Defense, consistent with the policies set forth in 48 C.F.R. 227-7202-1 (JUN 1995) and 227.7202-3 (JUN 1995).
Government End Users. A "U.S. Government End User" shall mean any agency or entity of the government of the United States. The following shall apply if Licensee is a U.S.

Examples of Government End Users in a sentence

  • The licensed commercial software (including related documentation is provided to the U.S. Government End Users (i) only as a commercial end item; and (ii) only pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire the Software with only those rights set forth herein.

  • Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202- 1 through 227.7202-4 (June 1995), all U.S. Government End Users acquire such commercial software licenses with only those rights set forth therein.

  • For U.S. Government End Users, Adobe agrees to comply with all applicable equal opportunity laws including, if appropriate, the provisions of Executive Order 11246, as amended, Section 402 of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (38 USC 4212), and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and the regulations at 41 CFR Parts 60-1 through 60-60, 60-250, and 60-741.

  • Accordingly, all U.S. Government End Users acquire the Software and its Documentation with only those rights set forth herein.
