Common use of GOVERNMENT REQUISITION Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT REQUISITION. If the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or the APU is requisitioned for use by any Government Entity, Lessee will promptly notify Lessor of such requisition. All of Lessee’s obligations hereunder will continue as if such requisition had not occurred. So long as no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity will be paid over to or retained by Lessee.
