Common use of Government Resources Clause in Contracts

Government Resources. (i) The Government shall provide all funds and other resources, and shall take all actions, that are necessary to carry out the Government’s responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement, and to ensure timely and efficient completion of the Compact development process. (ii) The Government shall use its best efforts to ensure that the amount of Grant funding it receives or is projected to receive in each of its fiscal years is fully accounted for in its annual budget. (iii) Unless the Government discloses otherwise to MCC in writing, Grant funding shall be in addition to the resources that the Government would otherwise receive or budget for the Activities.
