GOVERNMENTAL APPOINTMENT LEAVE. Any employee may, in the sole discretion of the Employer, be given a non-paid leave of absence to accept an appointed governmental job outside the Bargaining Unit. Said leave shall be renewable yearly at the sole discretion of the Employer.
