Governmental Approval of Plans; Building Permits. Tenant shall cause Tenant’s Contractors (as defined in Section III) to apply for any building permits, inspections and occupancy certificates required for or in connection with the Work. If the Plans must be revised in order to obtain such building permits, Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord, promptly arrange for the Plans to be revised to satisfy the building permit requirements, and shall submit the revised Plans to Landlord for approval as a Change Order under Paragraph II.e below. Landlord shall have no obligation to apply for any zoning, parking or sign code amendments, approvals, permits or variances, or any other governmental approval, permit or action. If any such other matters are required, Tenant shall promptly seek to satisfy such requirements (if Landlord first approves in writing), or shall revise the Plans to eliminate such requirements and submit such revised Plans to Landlord for approval in the manner described above. Upon request, at no cost to Landlord, Landlord shall (if Landlord has approved same as provided above) assist Tenant in obtaining all such permits and other items.
