Common use of Governmental Approvals and Marketing of Licensed Products Clause in Contracts

Governmental Approvals and Marketing of Licensed Products. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary governmental approvals for the development, production, distribution, performance, sale and use of any Licensed Product, Licensed Service and/or Licensed Process, at Licensee’s expense, including, without limitation, any safety studies. Licensee shall have sole responsibility for any warning labels, packaging and instructions as to the use of Licensed Products and for the quality control for any Licensed Products.

SCIENT’X agrees to provide reasonable assistance to the Licensee, at the sole cost and expense of the Licensee, with regards to the Licensee obtaining all necessary government approvals for the Licensed Products.
