Governmental Approvals for Facility. Seller shall obtain, at its expense, any and all Governmental Approvals required for the construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of the Facility and the interconnection of the Facility to the Company System. Under no circumstances shall Seller commence any construction, operation or maintenance of the Facility or interconnection of the Facility to the Company System, without Seller first obtaining the required, applicable Governmental Approvals.
