Operating and Maintenance Manuals. 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data.
58.2 If the Contractor does not supply the Drawings and/or manuals by the dates stated in the Contract Data, or they do not receive the Engineer’s approval, the Engineer shall withhold the amount stated in the Contract Data from payments due to the Contractor.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Not later than the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall provide Company with (i) any and all manufacturer's equipment manuals and recommendations for maintenance and with any updates or supplements thereto within three (3) Business Days after Seller's receipt of same and (ii) a copy of the operating and maintenance manual and shall thereafter provide Company with any amendments thereto within three (3) Business Days after such amendment is adopted.

Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Contractor shall supply Start Up, operation, and maintenance manuals for review by the Owner in accordance with Attachment V of the Agreement. These Start Up manuals will include the sequence of activities that must be carried out in order to Start Up of the Liquefaction Facility. The manuals shall incorporate the DOT Part 193 Operator Qualification and OSHA 1910 requirements that define the process safety management system.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Contractor shall supply Start Up, operation, and maintenance manuals for review by the Owner in accordance with Attachment V of the Agreement. These Start Up manuals will include the sequence of activities that must be carried out in order to Start Up of the Stage 3
Operating and Maintenance Manuals. A. Prepare three (3) complete sets of manuals containing the manufacturer’s instructions for operation and maintenance of each item of equipment, apparatus and operational system furnished under the Contract and any additional data specifically required in the specification sections.
B. Manuals shall be bound with covers of durable material, arranged in the sequence of the specification sections and shall include the following:
1. Neatly typewritten index.
2. Complete instructions regarding operation, service and maintenance including lubrication, disassembly and reassembly.
3. Complete nomenclature of all parts and part numbers of all replaceable parts.
4. Complete list of sources to be contacted for service and replacement parts including names, addresses and all other pertinent data regarding procurement procedure.
5. Copy of all required guarantees and warranties.
6. Manufacturers’ bulletins, cuts, and descriptive data clearly indicating the precise items included in this installation and deleting, or otherwise clearly indicating, all manufacturers’ data with which this installation is not concerned.
7. Any other data required in the specification sections.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals. 15.1. If required, the Contractor will provide “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals as specified in the SCC.
15.2. If the Contractor does not provide the Drawings and/or manuals by the dates stated above, or they do not receive the Procuring Entity’s Representative’s approval, the Procuring Entity’s Representative may withhold the amount stated in the SCC from payments due to the Contractor.
Operating and Maintenance Manuals. The latest Employer accepted version of Microsoft Office shall be used for the preparation of all manuals. The final version of the manuals must be supplied in a software format on non-volatile media preferably in portable document format once finalized.

Contractor shall supply Company copies of manuals and/or handbooks as set forth in the Statement of Work which provide, either in a single manual or handbook or collectively, complete operating and maintenance instructions (including inventories of spare parts and tools and parts lists with ordering instructions) for each major piece of Equipment and system of the ESS. Each such manual and handbook shall comply with the requirements of the Statement of Work, including with respect to matters such as quantity, content and the time when such manuals are to be supplied to Company, and shall be substantially complete and delivered to Company prior to Substantial Completion in order to support training of personnel and start-up and testing of the ESS.
