Operating and Maintenance Manuals. 58.1 If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals are required, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in the Contract Data. 58.2 If the Contractor does not supply the Drawings and/or manuals by the dates stated in the Contract Data, or they do not receive the Engineer’s approval, the Engineer shall withhold the amount stated in the Contract Data from payments due to the Contractor.

Operating and Maintenance Manuals. Not later than the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall provide Company with (i) any and all manufacturer's equipment manuals and recommendations for maintenance and with any updates or supplements thereto within three (3) Business Days after Seller's receipt of same and (ii) a copy of the operating and maintenance manual and shall thereafter provide Company with any amendments thereto within three (3) Business Days after such amendment is adopted.

Manufacturers’ bulletins, cuts, and descriptive data clearly indicating the precise items included in this installation and deleting, or otherwise clearly indicating, all manufacturers’ data with which this installation is not concerned. 7. Any other data required in the specification sections.
