Governmental Approvals Relating to Hazardous Materials. Management DB Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining all Governmental Approvals relating to Hazardous Materials Management including federal and State surface water and groundwater discharge permits and permits for recycling or reuse of Hazardous Materials. DB Contractor shall be solely responsible for compliance with such Governmental Approvals and applicable Laws, including those governing the preparation of waste profiles, waste manifests and bills of lading.

Governmental Approvals Relating to Hazardous Materials. Management Maintenance Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining all Governmental Approvals relating to Hazardous Materials Management including federal and State surface water and groundwater discharge permits and permits for recycling or reuse of Hazardous Materials. Maintenance Contractor shall be solely responsible for compliance with such Governmental Approvals and applicable Laws, including those governing the preparation of waste profiles, waste manifests and bills of lading.

  • Environmental Requirements C7.1 The Contractor shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
