Common use of Governmental Authorizations, Approvals, Permits and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorizations, Approvals, Permits and Licenses. Unless otherwise agreed, Buyer shall apply for, pay for and obtain on a timely basis all national, regional, state, local and municipal authorizations, approvals, permits and licenses which may be required in connection with the installation and operation of the Equipment. Buyer and Seller will assist each other in every manner reasonably possible in securing such authorizations, approvals, permits and licenses.
