Common use of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Immunity. The Town and its officers, attorneys and employees, are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town and its officers, attorneys or employees.

Governmental Immunity. The Town County and its officers, attorneys and employees, employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town County and its officers, attorneys or employees.

Governmental Immunity. The Town and its officers, attorneys and employeesemployees and the Grantee and its officers, attorneys and employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 0024- 10-00-000101, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town parties and its their respective officers, attorneys or employees.

Governmental Immunity. The Town Town, its officers and its officers, attorneys and employees, employees are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, agreement the monetary limitations (presently $350,000 per person and $990,000 per occurrence) or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the Town and its officers, attorneys officers or employees.

The District, the Town and its their officers, attorneys and employees, are relying on, and do not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities or immunities, and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq., as amended, or otherwise available to the District, the Town and its their officers, attorneys or employees.
