Common use of Governmental Immunity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either express or implied, of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defenses, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable law, including but not limited to the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. 00-00-000, et. seq., as currently written or hereafter amended or implemented.

Governmental Immunity. No term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, either express or implied, of any of the monetary limits, notice requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, defensesprotections, limitations and protections available to County under any applicable lawor other provisions, including but not limited to of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. 00§ 24-00-00010- 101 et seq., et. or the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b) and 2671 et seq., as currently written applicable now or hereafter amended or implementedamended.
