Common use of Governmental Notices and Investigations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Notices and Investigations. (a) The Ceding Company shall provide the Reinsurer, within ten (10) Business Days after receipt thereof, copies of any written notice or report from any Governmental Authority with respect to the business reinsured under this Agreement, in each case, if the subject of such notice, report or communication would, or would reasonably be expected to, adversely affect in any material respect the Reinsurer’s rights or economic interests in respect of the Reinsured Policies.
