Common use of Governmental Notices Clause in Contracts

Governmental Notices. As soon as reasonably practicable upon the issuance thereof, Borrower will send to Lender a copy of all orders issued by any federal, state or municipal regulatory authority under any laws or regulations adopted thereby, which, if enforced, would have a material adverse effect upon its condition whether financial, operating, or otherwise, and further, Borrower will as soon as reasonably practicable send to Lender copies of all reports or other materials filed by it with or issued to it by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and all reports, notices or statements sent by Borrower to its stockholders.
