The AEDC is entering into this MOU in its capacity a public, nonprofit corporation organized by the City to accomplish the governmental purposes of the City pursuant to Chapter 431 of the Texas Transportation Code, as amended and in accordance with the AEDC's articles of incorporation and the Interlocal Agreement.
