Environmental Requirements C7.1 The Contractor shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.
Governmental Action Governmental Action means the destruction, confiscation or seizure of property described in Coverage A, B or C by order of any governmental or public authority. This exclusion does not apply to such acts ordered by any governmental or public authority that are taken at the time of a fire to prevent its spread, if the loss caused by fire would be covered under this policy.
Governmental Authorization No approval, consent, exemption, authorization, or other action by, or notice to, or filing with, any Governmental Authority is necessary or required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by, or enforcement against, any Loan Party of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
Governmental Approvals, etc No authorization or approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any governmental authority is required for the grant by the Company of the security interest granted hereby or the due execution, delivery or performance by the Company of this Agreement other than (i) filings and recordings in respect of the Liens created hereunder, (ii) those that have been, or on the date of this Agreement will be, duly obtained or made and will be in full force and effect, (iii) those required under applicable securities laws in connection with a disposition of Collateral and (iv) those necessary in connection with any transaction contemplated by Section 4(k) hereof.
