Governmental Request. The term "Governmental Request" means, with respect to any Person, such Person's filing for (or other similar process) a building permit, fire underwriter's certificate, zoning variance or similar permit, certificate or license or such Person's making of any other inquiries with respect to any Property to the applicable Government.
Governmental Request. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Section 3, if required by judicial or governmental authorities, Recipient may, to the minimum extent, disclose to those authorities Discloser’s Confidential Information, existence and content of this Agreement and the fact that the Parties are carrying out the Purpose, provided that (i) Recipient shall immediately notify Discloser, and (ii) Recipient shall make reasonable efforts to secure confidential treatment by those authorities.
Governmental Request. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information where such disclosure must be made in response to the formal request of a governmental body, agency or a court of law but the Executive shall inform the Corporation of such request immediately and prior to disclosure in order to allow the Corporation to take the appropriate measures to contest such request for disclosure if it so decides. The Executive shall fully cooperate with the Corporation in its efforts to contest such request for disclosure.

Nothing in this Letter Agreement shall prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information where such disclosure must be made in response to the formal request of a governmental body, agency or a court of law; in each case, of competent jurisdiction, but Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall inform the Company of such request immediately, and in any case prior to any such disclosure, in order, thereby, to allow the Company to take the appropriate measures to contest such request for disclosure if it so decides. Sxxxxxx Xxxxxxx shall fully cooperate with the Company in its efforts to contest such request for disclosure and, in doing so, shall be reasonably compensated by the Company for his time and for any out of pocket expenses (following receipt by the Company of adequate documentation of such expenses) reasonably incurred in connection therewith.

The Executive shall fully cooperate with the Corporation in its efforts to contest such request for disclosure. ARTICLE 9 SALARY 23. As President of the Corporation, the Executive shall receive an annual base compensation of gross US two hundred and thirty thousand dollars (US $230.000), to be paid in monthly equal installments, less the applicable deductions at source. Such compensation shall be reviewed annually by the Corporation in accordance with its internal policies in effect from time to time. ARTICLE 10
Governmental Request. If Poppulo becomes aware that any governmental agency or authority requests access to Customer Data (whether on a voluntary basis or through a subpoena, court order, or other legally binding request), Poppulo shall (i) immediately notify Customer, (ii) inform the governmental agency that Poppulo is a Processor of the data and not authorized to disclose the data, (iii) attempt to redirect the agency to request the data directly from Customer, and (iv) not provide access to the data unless and until authorized by Customer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Poppulo shall not be required to comply with the obligations under this Section in full if it is under a legal prohibition or mandatory legal compulsion that prevents it from complying and, in such cases, Poppulo shall use reasonable and lawful efforts to challenge any such prohibition or compulsion.
