Common use of Governmental/Securities Filings Clause in Contracts

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Investor copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Company.

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such the Investor copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Companymembers.

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds a Major Holder continues to hold any Equity SecuritiesPreferred Shares, the Company shall will deliver to such Investor Major Holder copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission SEC or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and copies of any annual reports and to the members or other materials provided delivered to all any other shareholders of the Companyshareholder.

For three (3) years after upon the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Investor the Holder copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Companymembers.

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or and/or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to each Investor (so long as such Investor or its Affiliates is a Holder) copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or with any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Companymembers.

For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Investor Flagship copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Companymembers.

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Flagship and Series B Investor copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders of the Companymembers.

Governmental/Securities Filings. For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Investor copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and any annual reports and other materials provided to all other shareholders Shareholders of the Company.

For three (3) years after the time when the Company becomes subject to the filing requirements of the Exchange Act or any other organized securities exchange, as long as an Investor holds any Equity Securities, the Company shall deliver to such Investor each Preferred Shareholder copies of, or provide a link on its public website to, of any quarterly, annual, extraordinary, or other reports publicly filed by the Company with the Commission or any other relevant securities exchange, regulatory authority or government agency, and copies of any annual reports and to the members or other materials provided delivered to all any other shareholders of the Companyshareholder.
