Common use of Governmental Use Clause in Contracts

Governmental Use. Any publication based on or developed under this Agreement will reflect that the U.S. Government is licensed to reproduce and distribute the article for Governmental purposes notwithstanding any copyright or other restrictive legends, excluding the names of business, individuals’ names, or contacts that have not been mutually agreed upon by both Parties to be released to the general public.
