Common use of GPA Standards Clause in Contracts

GPA Standards. Unless otherwise specified in a Confirmation, all LPGs and NGLs shall comply with the specifications of the Gas Processors Association of the United States (“GPA”) in effect at the time of delivery of Product. All measurement, sampling and analysis of LPGs and NGLs shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable GPA, API and ASTM standards then in effect.
