Common use of GPS Tracking Clause in Contracts

GPS Tracking. The travel trailer has been equipped with a GPS tracking device for safety and must not be removed/unplugged for any reason. Failure to accurately report your destination, or giving an arbitrary destination in order to attend a prohibited event will result in complete loss of your security deposit and you will be requested to return the RV to the owner immediately, and NO refund will be granted for unused rental dates. NO driving over 65 mph.
