Grade and Pay Changes. Prior to implementing a change in grade or pay for a particular classification or job series or before implementing a new classification or job series, the Employer will meet with the Union and exchange relevant information and negotiate to the extent required by law and Article 35 of this MOU.
Grade and Pay Changes. The Employer shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice and shall meet with the Union over any change in grade or pay for a particular classification or job series or before implementing a new classification or job series. The Union may propose alternatives to the Employer-proposed changes during the thirty-day period. The union may contest this change at any time if the employer failed to notify and meet with the union.
