Grade Reports/Transcripts. Grade reports, NSF reports, or other temporary records may be submitted to Human Resources prior to September 1 and February 1 of the school year and the employee will be tentatively placed on said higher horizontal step of the salary schedule. If the official transcripts are not received by Human Resources within sixty (60) days of said notification the horizontal salary schedule placement will revert to that previously verified by official records with appropriate revision in salary and with appropriate adjustment for any prior overpayments.
