Common use of GRADING OF ROADS Clause in Contracts

GRADING OF ROADS. Developer shall grade all roads to the design sub grade elevation prior to the start of construction on any utility and shall advise the City in writing of any changes which may be contemplated during construction. If Developer changes the sub grade elevation of the road after completion of the Extensions or any part thereof, Developer shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred to raise or lower the utility as required as a result of said change in sub grade elevation.
