Gradual Return to Work or Temporary Assignment and End of the Maximum Waiver of Premium Period. In the case of a gradual return to work or of a full-time or reduced-time temporary assignment, and so long as the employment relationship exists at the end of the maximum waiver of premium period, the participant’s coverage under the health insurance and dental care plans is maintained, and the premiums are again paid as usual to the Insurer.
