Common use of GRANDFATHERED STIPENDS Clause in Contracts

GRANDFATHERED STIPENDS. The stipends contained herein are for teachers hired prior to the 2015-2016 school year who were then eligible for similar stipends under the 2011-2015 collective bargaining agreement. These stipends are for the 2018-2019 school year, are bargained outside the Compensation Model, and do not become part of the teacher’s base salary.
