Grant and Option Price. Optionor hereby grants to Optionee an option (“Option”) to purchase the Shares optioned at the Option Price shown on the cover page of this Agreement. The Option Price for each class of shares is the greater of the minimum price required by the Plan or the fair market value of the Shares on the Date of Grant.
