Grant and Use. 3.1 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor grants the Licensee the non-exclusive right to provide the Licensee Services which includes the Licensee’s right to construct, install, test, operate, maintain, repair, service, upgrade, modify, remove and replace Communications Equipment in the POP Space and Connecting Equipment in the Lands and Building.
