Grant Application. (i) All of the information contained in the Grant Application was, as of the date the Grant Application, and will remain, until the termination of this Agreement, complete, accurate and correct in every way, and (ii) the Recipient is not aware of any circumstances that may cause any information included in the Grant Application to become incorrect or otherwise change the scope of the Project subsequent to the Effective Date.
