Common use of Grant Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Grant Expenditures. The Grantee agrees to expend all grant funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures (as of January 2020), incorporated by reference, which are available online at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/division/aa/manuals/documents/ReferenceGuideforStateExpenditures.pdf. Grant funds may not be used for the purchase or construction of a library building or library quarters.
