Common use of Grant Funds; Disbursements Clause in Contracts

Grant Funds; Disbursements. a. Recipient is not entitled to compensation under this Agreement by any other agency or department of the State of Oregon. Recipient understands and agrees that XXX’s participation in this Agreement is contingent on OHA receiving appropriations, limitations, allotments or other expenditure authority sufficient to allow OHA, in the exercise of its reasonable administrative discretion, to participate in this Agreement.
