Grant Not to Affect Employment. The Performance Stock Units and Dividend Equivalent Rights granted hereunder and Shares issued in settlement of the Performance Stock Units and Dividend Equivalent Rights shall not confer upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employment of the Company or its subsidiaries or Affiliates.
