Grant of Award Ranges. The Company grants to the Participant the opportunity to earn a number of RSUs under the Award equal to the ranges set forth in the Award Certificate for the Award (with a threshold, target, and maximum number of RSUs for the Award). The actual number of RSUs earned under the Award shall be determined pursuant to Section 2(b) and, further, the RSUs shall be subject to the satisfaction of the service vesting conditions set forth in the Award Certificate and herein.
