Admission to Partnership. The Contributor is admitted to the Partnership as an Additional Limited Partner in accordance with Section 12.2 of the Agreement and agrees to become a party to the Agreement and to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and other provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, the power of attorney set forth in Section 15.11 of the Agreement.
