Common use of Grant of Deferred Shares Clause in Contracts

Grant of Deferred Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Equifax Inc. 2000 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the terms of which are hereby incorporated herein by reference, effective as of the date set forth above (“Grant Date”), the Company hereby grants to the Employee 50,000 restricted stock units in the form of Deferred Shares under the Plan. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning specified in the Plan.

Grant of Deferred Shares. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Equifax Inc. 2000 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the terms of which are hereby incorporated herein by reference, effective as of the date set forth above (“Grant Date”), the Company hereby grants to the Employee 50,000 Director 4,000 restricted stock units in the form of Deferred Shares under the Plan. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning specified in the Plan.
