Common use of Grant of Easements and Other Land Rights Clause in Contracts

Grant of Easements and Other Land Rights. Interconnection Customer at its sole cost and expense, shall grant such easements and other land rights to the Interconnected Transmission Owner over the Site at such times and in such a manner as the Interconnected Transmission Owner may reasonably require to perform its obligations under this Appendix 2 and/or to perform its operation and maintenance obligations under the Interconnection Service Agreement.
