Grant of Operating Phase Licence. (a) (Operating Phase Licence term): Subject to Commercial Acceptance having occurred, the State will procure the grant of the Operating Phase Licence to the Operator: (i) for a term which will: (A) commence on the Operational Commencement Date; and (B) end on the Expiry Date; and (ii) be on the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 14 (Operating Phase Licence).
