License Period a. The License is hereby granted in favour of the Licensee for a total period of 15 (fifteen) years from the Commencement Date subject to unless otherwise terminated by Maha-Metro or surrendered by the Successful Bidder/Licensee, in term of provisions of License Agreement. b. The tenure of License Agreement shall commence from the date of handing over of the property business space. c. Tenure of the License Period of any additional space handed over subsequently shall be co- terminus with above period irrespective of date of actual handing over for such additional space. d. There shall be a lock in period of five (05) years from the date of commencement of agreement/ handing over of licensed space. e. Licensee shall have option to exit from the License Agreement immediately after completion of lock in period of 5 (Five) years. For it, Licensee shall have to issue 180 days prior notice to Maha-Metro. Such prior notice intimation can be given after four and half (4 ½) years however option to exit will be available only after five (05) years. f. At no time during the license tenure, the Licensee shall be allowed to surrender partial Licensed Space which has been handed over to the Licensee by Maha-Metro. g. At the end of License period or in the event of termination of this agreement prior to completion of license tenure, for any reason whatsoever, all rights given under this License Agreement shall cease to have effect and the premises shall revert to Maha-Metro, without any obligation to Maha-Metro to pay or adjust any consideration or other payment to the Licensee. h. The tenure shall be inclusive of fitment period as applicable for the tendered space. i. On completion/ termination of License Agreement, the Licensee shall hand over the space with normal wear & tear. The Licensee shall be allowed to remove its assets like temporary structure, furniture, almirahs, air-conditioners, DG sets, equipments, etc. without causing damage to the existing structure. However, the Licensee shall not be allowed to remove any facility, equipment, fixture, etc. which has become an integral part of the development plan of the space. j. At the end of the License Period or sooner determination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever all rights given under this License Agreement shall cease to have effect and the Licensed Area with all the furniture and fixtures and other assets permanently attached to the Licensed Area shall revert to Maha-Metro without any obligation on ...
License Period. The license granted hereunder shall be effective and terminate as of the dates specified in Schedule D attached hereto, unless sooner terminated or renewed in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.

License Period. Unless terminated sooner as provided in Sections 11 and 12 of this license, the academic year License period will begin on Saturday, August 26, 2017 and extend to 12:00 noon (EST) on Thursday, May 17, 2018 for all non- graduating students; the academic year License period for graduating students will begin on August 26, 2017 and extend to 12:00 noon (EST) on Saturday, May19, 2018. All JD1 students are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 and will be charged the JD1 Orientation Housing Fee from August 23 to August 26, 2017. The fall semester only License period will begin on August 26, 2017 and extend to Saturday, December 30, 2017 (Study Abroad students and December 2017 graduates), and the spring semester only License period will begin on Sunday, January 14, 2018. NYU School of Law reserves the right to postpone the commencement of any License period for any reason that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be a good cause, including the unavailability of the assigned space due to construction, renovation, or repair. When vacating the assigned space, you must check out and return all keys and building specific stickers to the Department of Residence Services in your respective building located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx or 110 West Third Street. Residents of 000 XxxXxxxxx Xxxxxx check out at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
License Period. The VOD License Period for each VOD Included Program shall commence on its VOD Availability Date and shall expire on the date established by Licensor in its sole discretion; provided, that the VOD License Period for each Current Feature shall end no earlier than the earliest of (i) 60 days after its VOD Availability Date (ii) the date on which Licensor’s “standard” residential Video-On-Demand window for the Territory ends and (iii) the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

License Period. 4.2.1. The access to the site shall be granted to the Selected Bidder immediately from the date of execution of the License Agreement which shall be executed within a period of 15 days from the payment of the Security Deposit by the Selected Bidder to the SSCL (hereinafter referred to as “Compliance Date”). 4.2.2. The License granted under the License Agreement shall be valid for a period of 15 years from the date of execution of Agreement. The License Agreement may be terminated by either party to the Agreement after giving 5 months’ notice. On termination of the License, the licensed area and all structures developed on such area will transfer to the possession of SSCL. 4.2.3. At the end of the License Period or sooner determination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever all rights given under this License Agreement shall cease to have an effect and the Licensed Area with all the furniture and fixtures and other assets permanently attached to the licensed area shall revert to SSCL without any obligation on part of SSCL to pay or adjust any consideration or other payment to the Licensee. No claim, compensation or damages shall be entertained by SSCL on this account. 4.2.4. SSCL shall renew the License Period at its sole discretionary power, at the request of the Licensee as per the terms and conditions as deemed fit. 4.2.5. If the Licensee exits the License Agreement during the tenure of the License, the Interest Free Security Deposit shall be forfeited by SSCL besides recovering other dues including the License Fee. 4.2.6. No partial surrender or downsizing of a portion or whole floor or part of the licensed space is permissible during the tenure of the Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, it is specifically clarified that the license fee is applicable on the total built-up area irrespective of the usage or lack of occupancy thereof of the total built-up area by the licensee. 4.2.7. For the purpose of clarification, at the end of the License Period, on any ground whatsoever, the SSCL shall have the absolute right to run the Project Site on their own, or re-license to any third party or to manage it in any other manner as they may deem fit in their sole discretion. 4.2.8. SSCL has the right to prematurely end the License if the Licensee/ Sub - Licensee / both do not follow the terms of this contract.
License Period. “License Period” shall mean for an Included Program, the period during which Licensee shall have the right to distribute and exhibit such Included Program under this Agreement. The License Period for each Category of Included Program shall be as set forth below.
