Common use of Grant of Other Rights Clause in Contracts

Grant of Other Rights. Legato grants CaminoSoft a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide : (i) royalty based right to market, distribute, license and sublicense the Software and all CaminoSoft Derivative Works; (ii) license to use and reproduce the Software and CaminoSoft Derivative Works for solely for the purpose of demonstrating such products to potential End-Users, (iii) license to use, reproduce and have reproduced, modify, display, and distribute the Documentation in any medium; and (iv) license to use, reproduce and have reproduced, modify, display and distribute any marketing materials provided to CaminoSoft pursuant to Section 6.
