Common use of Grant of Restricted Share Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Share Units. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Grantee [ ] Restricted Share Units (the “Grant”).
