Employment Rights. Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement will create any right or duty on the part of the Company or the Executive to have the Executive remain in the employment of the Company or any Subsidiary prior to or following any Change in Control.
Employment Rights. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create in Indemnitee any right to employment or continued employment.

Any termination of employment of the Executive or the removal of the Executive from the office or position in the Company or any Subsidiary following the commencement of any discussion with a third person that ultimately results in a Change in Control shall be deemed to be a termination or removal of the Executive after a Change in Control for purposes of this Agreement.
Employment Rights. No provision of this Agreement or of the Stock Option granted hereunder shall give the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Affiliates, create any inference as to the length of employment of the Participant, affect the right of the Company or any Affiliates to terminate the employment of the Participant, with or without Cause, or give the Participant any right to participate in any employee welfare or benefit plan or other program (other than the Plan) of the Company or any Affiliate.
Employment Rights. This Agreement sets forth the Severance Benefits payable to the Executive in the event the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated under certain conditions specified in Section 3. This Agreement is not an employment contract nor shall it confer upon the Executive any right to continue in the employ of the Company or its Subsidiaries and shall not in any way affect the right of the Company or its Subsidiaries to dismiss or otherwise terminate the Executive’s employment at any time with or without Cause.
Employment Rights. This Agreement is not a contract of employment, and the terms of employment of the Grantee or other relationship of the Grantee with an Employer shall not be affected in any way by this Agreement except as specifically provided herein. The execution of this Agreement shall not be construed as conferring any legal rights upon the Grantee for a continuation of an employment or other relationship with an Employer, nor shall it interfere with the right of an Employer to discharge the Grantee and to treat him or her without regard to the effect which such treatment might have upon him or her as a Grantee.
Employment Rights. Participation in the Plan shall not confer upon a Participant any employment rights, nor shall it interfere with the Employer's right to terminate the employment of any Employee at any time.

Employment Rights. Executive and the Company acknowledge that, except as may otherwise be provided under any other written agreement between Executive and the Company or a Subsidiary, the employment of Executive by the Company is “at will.” Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement will create any right or duty on the part of the Company or Executive, except as provided in Section 1 above, to have Executive remain in the employment of the Company or any Subsidiary prior to or following any Change in Control.
Employment Rights. This Agreement shall not confer on Grantee any right with respect to the continuance of employment or other services with the Company or any Subsidiary. No provision of this Agreement shall limit in any way whatsoever any right that the Company or a Subsidiary may otherwise have to terminate the employment of Grantee at any time.
