Common use of Grant of Restricted Stock Award Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Stock Award. The Company hereby grants on the Date of Grant to the Director a Restricted Stock Award consisting of shares of Common Stock (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan. The Restricted Shares shall vest in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof.

Grant of Restricted Stock Award. The Company hereby grants on the Date of Grant to the Director Participant a Restricted Stock Award consisting of _____ shares of Common Stock (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms term and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan. The Restricted Shares shall vest in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof.

Grant of Restricted Stock Award. The Company hereby grants on the Date of Grant to the Director a Restricted Stock Award consisting of 3,842 shares of Common Stock (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan. Grant of Restricted Stock Award. The Company hereby grants on the Date of Grant to the Director a Restricted Stock Award consisting of 1,555 shares of Common Stock (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan. The Restricted Shares shall vest in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof.

The Award constitutes the right, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Agreement, to distribution of the shares of the Restricted Shares shall vest in accordance with Section 3(a) hereofStock.

The Company hereby grants on the Date of Grant to the Director Employee a Restricted Stock Award consisting of 75,000 shares of Common Stock (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan. The Restricted Shares shall vest in accordance with Section 3(a) hereof.

Grant of Restricted Stock Award. The Company hereby grants on to the Director as of the Date of Grant to the Director a Restricted Stock Award consisting of ____ shares of Common Stock common stock of the Company, $.01 par value (hereinafter called the “Restricted Shares”), on the terms and conditions and subject to the restrictions set forth in this Award Agreement and as otherwise provided in the Plan.
