Grant of Rights to MLSOK. Subscriber, as the acquirer and provider of Listing Content relating to real estate properties for sale, including Subscriber’s personal listing agent information, remarks, virtual tours, videos and photographs, hereby assigns to its Participant all right, title and interest in all Listing Content entered by Subscriber into the MLSOK System.
