Common use of Grant of TFCA Funds; Description of Projects Clause in Contracts

Grant of TFCA Funds; Description of Projects. A. Subject to appropriation and receipt of TFCA funds (as further set forth in Section 10, below), VTA hereby agrees to allocate to Sponsor a TFCA grant in an amount not to exceed $755,921 (the “Grant Funds”) in consideration for Sponsor’s agreement to implement and complete the Project(s), as further set forth in the Project Summary(ies) attached hereto as Attachment A, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Subject to appropriation and receipt of TFCA funds (as further set forth in Section 10Xxxxxxx 00, belowxxxxx), VTA XXX hereby agrees to allocate to Sponsor a TFCA grant in an amount not to exceed one hundred seventy-four, two hundred fifty ($755,921 174,250) (the “Grant Funds”) in consideration for Sponsor’s agreement to implement and complete the Project(s), as further set forth in the Project Summary(ies) attached hereto as Attachment A, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Subject to appropriation and receipt of TFCA funds (as further set forth in Section 10Xxxxxxx 0, belowxxxxx), VTA XXX hereby agrees to allocate to Sponsor a TFCA grant in an amount not to exceed two hundred sixty thousand two hundred dollars ($755,921 260,200) (the “Grant Funds”) in consideration for Sponsor’s agreement to implement and complete the Project(s), Projects (as further set forth in the Project Summary(ies) summaries attached hereto as Attachment A), in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
